Add Fixate Plus Polymer to deionized water. Mix until uniform. Neutralize to pH 6.8-7.2 using AMP-Ultra PC 2000. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients; heat to 70-75˚C; mix well. Heat phase A to 70-75˚C. Add phase B to main batch (phase A) with agitation. Allow main batch to cool to ~40˚C. Add phase C ingredients one at a time. Mix until uniform.
